About

Emma Sharp Dalton-Brown is a freelance writer who once worked as a personal chef for several years in London, Northern Ireland and the Hamptoms.  She still has a great love for all culinary creations and utilises this passion to write about food, offering cooking tips and the like, to her readers.  She has little tolerance for mediocrity when it comes to service, but when she critiques those in the industry for not being up to par, she is also ready with advice on how to implement improvements.

Emma’s blog, serveyourwrite is self-explanatory – serve those who are reading it with information, tips, humour, and so on.  She aims to do right by her readers, and so she is open to any suggestions you might have.

Emma lives in her homeland, Jamaica, where she has regularly contributed to the two national newspapers since 2006.  She is also a contributor for MACO Caribbean Living, Made in Jamaica Catalogue and Our Jamaica.  Emma has been working on a Young Adult fictional novel for the last year and is hoping that an agent will soon pick it up.  Her dream is to be a published author.
